Time & Material Rates

First Hour (with a one-hour minimum) $125
Lead Carpenter $85 / hour
Carpenter Helper $50 / hour
Materials Cost + 15%
Material Pickup Travel Time Billed at the applicable labor rate
Rates are subject to applicable sales tax.

Final labor time and material requirements may vary depending on the project. Services are billed based on time and materials rather than a fixed project price. Travel time required to purchase or pick up project materials may be included in billable labor time.
