Ron is a dedicated leader at CNY Home Improvements and is always willing to step in and help wherever he is needed. He is known for his strong work ethic, leadership, and willingness to do whatever he can to support the team and keep things moving forward.
Whether he is helping solve a problem, supporting day-to-day operations, or lending a hand wherever needed, Ron takes a hands-on approach and is always willing to help.
Outside of work, Ron enjoys watching football, spending time with his dogs, kayaking, and getting outdoors whenever he can.

As the New York Office Manager, April oversees daily office operations, supports project coordination, and helps wherever needed to keep things moving smoothly.
Her background includes more than 10 years of bookkeeping experience along with many years in quality control, giving her a strong foundation in organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
April plays an important role in supporting both the team and CNY Home Improvements clients while helping keep day-to-day operations organized and on track.
April Gaiteri
New York Office Manager
Ray serves as CNY Home Improvements’ Contractor and Project Manager and helped establish the company’s Florida division in January 2018.
He stays closely involved in day-to-day operations and project coordination and is known for his strong work ethic. Ray is often in the office by 6:30 a.m. and stays focused until the work is done.
Outside of work, Ray enjoys spending time in nature, practicing his faith, spending time with his wife of more than 20 years, and enjoying time with their children and grandchildren. He also enjoys softball and any opportunity to get out on the field.

Mitch has been with CNY Home Improvements for more than 15 years and brings extensive experience in sales, customer communication, and project planning.
As Director of Sales, he works closely with homeowners during the early stages of their remodeling projects, helping them understand their options, develop a clear plan, and make sure expectations are established before the project moves forward.
His experience with the remodeling process helps connect a customer’s initial ideas with the planning that takes place before a project moves forward.

John Granato is an Interior Designer specializing in Kitchen and Bath Design. For over 30 years, he has been creating innovative solutions for clients throughout Upstate New York as well as on a national scale. If you have ever thumbed through a kitchen and bath magazine, there is a good chance you may have seen his work.
John understands that longevity in the design industry takes more than creativity alone. Successful design also requires strong product knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to create solutions that work for each individual client.
His designs have been featured in numerous publications, including Women’s Day, House Beautiful, Kitchen & Bath, Remodeling Magazine, Qualified Remodeler, and other local and regional publications. His work has also received both national and regional awards.
As an active member of the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA), John has served on boards of directors at both the local and regional levels for more than a decade.
In 2005 and 2006, John’s projects were selected as a cornerstone of the National Kitchen & Bath Association’s advertising campaign. In 2012, the NKBA named John one of the most inspirational Kitchen & Bath designers in the United States.
Outside of design, John enjoys playing guitar, writing, and recording music in his studio.

Kelly is a Designer with CNY Home Improvements and works closely with clients throughout the design and selection process.
She helps make sure selections are reviewed, organized, and confirmed before a project begins. Her attention to detail allows her to carefully review designs and help make sure important project details are accounted for before work starts.
Kelly enjoys helping clients bring their ideas together while making sure the final selections are both practical and well organized.

Andrew manages the CNY Home Improvements warehouse and plays an important role in keeping materials organized and projects prepared.
He pays close attention to incoming deliveries, helps make sure materials are received and accounted for correctly, and keeps the warehouse organized so the team can find what they need when they need it.
His attention to detail and organized approach help keep day-to-day warehouse operations running smoothly.

Heather serves as an Account Manager with CNY Home Improvements and supports a variety of day-to-day administrative and account-related responsibilities.
Her role involves working across different areas of the business, helping keep information organized, supporting coordination, and stepping in wherever additional office support is needed.
Her flexibility and willingness to help make her an important part of keeping everyday operations moving smoothly.

Ashley serves as the Purchasing Manager for CNY Home Improvements and helps coordinate material orders for projects.
She works to keep purchasing organized, tracks material orders, and helps make sure the team has the products and materials needed to keep projects moving forward.
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time and playing with her dogs. She is also known for having a serious sweet tooth.

Kyle Kimball is a Central New York native with a passion for residential interior design. After graduating from high school, Kyle moved to Boston, Massachusetts, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
During his studies, Kyle developed a deeper appreciation for the design field, particularly residential design and the opportunity to create spaces that are both functional and personal.
Having grown up in Central New York, Kyle has strong roots and connections to the area. After spending time in Boston, he chose to return home and enjoy the sense of community and quieter lifestyle that CNY has to offer.
As part of the CNY Home Improvements team, Kyle brings his design education, creativity, and local perspective to his role in Design / Sales, helping customers explore ideas and find solutions that fit their homes and lifestyles.
Outside of work, Kyle enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, traveling, and running.

Judy is one of the newest members of the CNY Home Improvements design team and brings a warm and friendly personality to her role.
As a Lead Designer, she enjoys being part of the design process and working with clients as their ideas begin to come together.
Judy looks forward to helping homeowners create spaces that feel right for their homes, their needs, and their individual style.

With a natural eye for creativity and a passion for bringing ideas to life, Kailey brings a fresh perspective and genuine enthusiasm to her role as a Design Intern.
Her passion for design began in an unexpected place — video games. Inspired by the creativity, customization, and endless possibilities of virtual worlds, she discovered how much she enjoyed imagining and creating unique spaces.
Kailey approaches each project with curiosity and takes the time to listen and understand what each client is looking for. She enjoys turning conversations and ideas into designs that feel personal and exciting.
She also enjoys thinking outside the box and exploring creative solutions and fresh design concepts that can help transform an ordinary space into something special.
Outside of design, Kailey enjoys playing video games, playing guitar, and walking the dogs — when they decide to cooperate.

Marty is a highly dependable member of the CNY Home Improvements Warehouse Team and is known for his versatility and willingness to take on whatever the day requires.
As a military veteran, he brings discipline, attention to detail, practical skills, and a strong work ethic to daily warehouse operations.
Marty also brings a good sense of humor to the team. He often jokes that although he has been married for many years, “it still feels like yesterday.”
